Great customer service! Excellent communication with the installer before the work was done! I personally haven’t checked the quality of the work done as I live distance from the house where the security shutters were installed. The house is leased and the tenant took photos to share with us and was happy with overall quality of materials used and service done the technicians! As I don’t live in Perth all my communications were by phone to Nelson. I found Nelson to be very professional and friendly throughout all negotiations from beginning to end of the job! I can definitely recommend Alutech!
