Alutech’s residential sliding windows combine clean, architectural lines with smooth, reliable operation for Perth homes. The double sash design allows wide panels and works with Hypergard® (previously known as Havengard®) security screens for added protection. Every window is tested to exceed Australian Standards, including strength for high wind load areas.
Sliding windows are one of the most popular residential windows in Perth because they save space and are easy to use. The sashes glide sideways on heavy-duty wheel carriages, so they never swing into a garden bed, a walkway or your curtains. That makes them a good fit for kitchens, living areas and bedrooms where space is tight.
Our system uses a 102mm high-performance frame with soft inner radius detailing and a mitred main frame for a clean finish. It achieves 450Pa water resistance, so it copes with wind-driven rain and strong coastal weather. You can choose single or double opening panels to suit the room.
Our aluminium windows are made in Perth, so you get a custom size instead of a standard one. Choose from 84 standard powdercoat finishes or high-performance Ultriva coatings to match your home’s exterior. Double glazing is available for better thermal and acoustic performance, and the frames accept insulated glass units up to 20mm.
The sliding window system is compatible with Magnum awnings, casements and double hung windows. A range of couplers also lets you connect it to bifold windows, French doors and sliding doors. This means you can mix window types across one wall and keep the same frame profile and colour throughout.
