All Alutech security screen doors feature our exclusive Hypergard® screening system, the same technology used in our cyclone-rated products.
The key is Grip Lock® technology – a patented continuous folding and hooking system that binds the mesh into the full perimeter of the frame. Unlike standard methods where mesh is simply clamped, Grip Lock® means the mesh cannot be pulled, kicked, or cut free even under sustained force.

A security screen door uses high-tensile stainless steel mesh locked into a heavy-duty aluminium frame with a multi-point locking system. A flyscreen uses lightweight fibreglass or aluminium mesh in a lightweight frame and offers no meaningful resistance to forced entry.
Yes. Every Alutech security screen door is made to order from our Henderson factory. We measure your opening and manufacture to fit, including non-standard sizes.
Hypergard® stainless steel mesh maintains excellent airflow and outward visibility while blocking insects and intruders. The fine weave also reduces solar heat gain, which can lower your cooling costs.
